Our different delivery options

To meet everyone's needs, we offer several delivery options to choose from when placing your order:

- Express delivery (under 30 kg)

For EXPRESS delivery, you may receive your package within 48 hours of shipping. If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left with the option to schedule another delivery.

- Standard delivery (over 30 kg)

This service is carried out throughout France by a carrier who schedules a phone appointment in advance. Your order will be delivered to the property boundary.

- Pickup point delivery

Your order is entrusted within 24 hours to the RELAIS COLIS network which has 8000 pickup points throughout FRANCE. You will be notified by SMS of the arrival of your TAQUIN at the pickup point you have selected. All you have to do is pick it up according to your availability.

- DIRECT PICKUP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE: This option allows you to take possession of your order as quickly as you wish, and saves you the shipping costs! Pickups are by appointment at 03 27 860 870 Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm, and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Appointment is essential so that our teams can prepare your order.

Delivery time

The average delivery time for an item in stock is 2 to 4 days:

Delivery times may be longer depending on our production and TAQUIN restocking. The applicable deadline is the one indicated on the product sheets.

If your purchase concerns several products, the applicable delivery time is the longest announced time.

Delivery process

Once your order and payment are made, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your package, i.e. the departure of your TAQUIN from the warehouse. You will then be informed or contacted by the carrier about the home delivery date, according to your availability. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

For a single TAQUIN order, you may be delivered within 48 hours of shipping, without prior contact from the delivery person. If you are absent, a notice will be left with the option to schedule another delivery.

IMPORTANT: Before signing your delivery slip, make sure the packaging and the TAQUIN inside are in good condition. It is your right and duty to unpack and check your package in front of the driver so you can refuse it if it does not meet your expectations or is damaged. Any delivery anomaly must be reported by mail or email to our customer service within 48 hours (contact@taquin.art).

In case of customer absence during delivery when an appointment was scheduled with the carrier, a new presentation may take place and will be fully charged to the customer.

Return Policy:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with their label and accessories in perfect resale condition. The buyer returns the product to the seller at the following address: TAQUIN 9001 rue Casimir Perier 59490 Somain. 03 27 86 87 88. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In case of proven defect, the buyer may request the exchange of the item within the limit of available stocks and according to the indicated deadlines, or a refund. Return costs, in this case, will be borne by the seller.
